Nursery Ministry
Here at WOTC we believe that our little ones are our future. They are the future of the Church and so we believe in spending quality time teaching them of Jesus and his love for the Church.
2-4 Year olds Sunday School
At Way of the Cross Baptist Church we believe that your children are our future. They are the future of the church also. So in a captivating fun way Mrs. Mellisa and Mrs. Debbie lead your toddlers through bible stories and begin to introduce great bible truths and principals, all while enjoying games and snacks and fun. We would love your little ones to be here on Sunday Mornings at 9:30 am to be part of all the fun and learning.
Tiny Church Ministry
WOTC Tiny Church ministry is here to help all of our little ones that are just a little too big for the Nursery to grow closer to the Lord. With many events and times together each month, your young one will be in a Christ centered setting each time we are together.
Noahs Ark Sunday School
Our Noahs Ark Sunday school class is perfect for your 5 to 7 year old. They will be taught the Word of God in a fun and interactive way. Ms. Lynn and Mrs. Jill will love on your child and help them grow spiritually in this foundation time of their Christian walk. We look forward to seeing your little one soon.
Kings Kids
Brother Jason and Mrs. Mellisa Powell teach our Kings Kids Sunday school class, which is for you 8 to 10 year olds. They love to teach them the Bible as well as help lay those foundation from Gods Word that will carry them through the rest of their lives. They always find a way to make learning Gods Word fun and exiting. They look forward to seeing you this Sunday Morning at 9:30.
PathFinders
Brother Jeremy and Mrs. Brianna Fulbright lead our group called the PathFinders. This group is for the ages of 11 to 14 years old. Your children will make friends, read Scripture, and pray all while keeping the focus on Jesus. This group has lots of opportunities for gatherings and outings, that will all be so much fun with the Fulbrights and they're energy.
CrossTrainers
Here at WOTC we have people in all stages of life. One of those groups are the 14 to 19 age range. Your teen will be loved and encouraged in the Lord as Brother Robert and Mrs. Kristin Reagan invest in them in many meetings each month, including every Sunday Morning for Sunday School.
Children's Church
Brother Cody and Mrs. Hailey Hodges would like to invite your 4 to 10 year old to come to Children's Church. They will enjoy a similar experience as the adults in our Sanctuary, only geared to kids. They will enjoy music, prayer request time, fellowship, and of course the Word of God will be preached. They hope to see you real soon!
Crosswalk
Our Crosswalk group is made up of 4 year olds up to the 10 year olds. Brother Jason and Mrs. Shelly Wingard meet every Wednesday during our main service. They are always lead through the Word of God, followed by some games and there is usually a little candy involved. So bring your kiddo and they can go have a great time while you enjoy the service.
WOTC Choir Ministry
Brother Ben Key has been serving with Mrs. Christy for many years here at Way of the Cross. He has served as the Choir Director and Music Minister for 15 years, and he would love the opportunity to work with you as you use your voice to praise, and worship the Lord and edify the saints.
Bible Ministry
WOTC stands firm on the Holy Bible which is the Word of God. One of Gods promises in his word is that His Word shall not return void. It is our goal to give away as many copies of Gods word as we can each year. Through Bible displays, through our local Christmas Parade where we hand out thousands of gift wrapped Bibles, as well as person to person gifts of Gods Word. We would love you to become involved in this fantastic Ministry for our Lord.
World Missions
At Way of the Cross Baptist Church we believe that Missions is the heartbeat of the Church. Through Gods leading and providing we support missionaries all over the world. We believe it is the role of the local church to carry out the commandment given in Acts 1:8, that with the power of the Holy Spirit we are to be witnesses both in our Jerusalem (McDonough), and in all of our Judaea (Georgia), and in our Samaria (The United States), and unto the uttermost part of the earth (All Foreign Countries).
